Who operates this website
Science and Fidelity LLC operates SCI-FI Peptides. This notice explains how we handle information when you use our website.
Science and Fidelity LLC, 1603 Capitol Ave, Suite 413G-2687, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. This is not a product-return address. Contact [email protected] or use our contact form.
Accounts and research information
We receive account names, email addresses and information submitted through account settings, including company/organization, research field, optional research-application information and age/research-use declarations. Passwords are stored as hashes. Saved materials are linked to signed-in accounts. Do not submit personal medical information or payment-card details through forms.
Support
Contact forms collect your name, email, subject and message so we can respond and maintain support records. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing.
Newsletter choices
Newsletter subscription is optional and separate from account creation, research-use declarations and purchases. An affirmative signup records the requested email, consent source, wording/version, time and subscription status. Signup uses single opt-in; a separate confirmation email is not required to record consent. Marketing delivery is not currently enabled. You can unsubscribe at any time without deleting your account or affecting necessary account communications. We retain consent and suppression evidence so an unsubscribe is respected; customer records and exports are not marketing audiences.
Purchasing and shipping
Purchasing and payment acceptance are currently unavailable. No payment or shipment is created by browsing this site. Before purchasing is enabled, this notice will identify the applicable payment and fulfillment services. When purchasing becomes available, orders will record product/strength and price snapshots, contact/shipping information, transaction status and immutable purchaser acknowledgement evidence. Later profile edits do not rewrite historical acceptance.
Browser storage and choices
Essential browser storage supports sign-in, cart selections, saved materials and the 21+/research-use affirmation. The entry affirmation expires after 30 days; it is not independent identity verification. Privacy preferences expire after 180 days. Administrative sessions and request-forgery protection use cookies. Optional analytics and advertising tracking are disabled for this launch. See Cookie / Privacy Choices; the footer provides access to your privacy preferences. Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off.
Purposes and service providers
We use information to operate accounts and the website, respond to requests, administer research-use restrictions, protect security and preserve necessary records. Authorized staff have permission-controlled access. Railway hosts the application and Supabase hosts its PostgreSQL database. Service providers process information needed to perform their services. Transactional email and shipping integrations are not activated for this launch.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, respond to support requests, protect security, enforce agreements and meet applicable legal, accounting and dispute obligations. When no longer required, information is deleted, anonymized or otherwise handled according to applicable requirements and technical capabilities. Deleting an account does not automatically erase records that must legitimately be retained. We use access controls, password hashing, secure transport and rate limits; no security measure provides an absolute guarantee.
Privacy requests
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or assistance with applicable privacy rights. Requests may require identity verification and are subject to applicable exceptions. Browser privacy preferences and newsletter unsubscribe are separate controls.
Changes
The effective date and version identify this notice. We will update it when our practices change and provide notices or request consent where required. Existing transaction evidence continues to identify the terms accepted at the time.
Account restriction records
Authorized staff may record purchasing status changes and an optional internal reason or note to administer known Research Use Policy violations. We retain these limited records only as reasonably necessary to administer restrictions and meet applicable legal obligations, subject to the retention criteria and privacy rights described in this policy.
