Eligibility and research profile
You must be at least 21 years old and purchase exclusively for legitimate laboratory, academic or institutional research. An account is required; guest checkout is unavailable. Provide accurate account, company/organization and research-field information. Keep it current. The research-application description is optional; do not include personal medical information. Research Profile Complete describes completion of required fields and declarations, not independent professional accreditation.

All products listed on this site are for research purposes only. Products are not intended for human dosing, injection, ingestion or therapeutic use, or for human or animal consumption or administration. Pricing, orders and payment
Submitting an order does not by itself require Science and Fidelity LLC to accept or fulfill it. We may reasonably reject or cancel orders for payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory or pricing/display errors, shipping restrictions, purchaser eligibility or RUO/compliance failures, merchant/payment-processor requirements, or legal/regulatory restrictions. If payment has been captured and an order is cancelled without fulfillment, the appropriate payment reversal/refund will be processed.
We may correct genuine typographical, technical or pricing errors before fulfillment. A higher corrected amount will not be charged without required authorization. The server verifies current pricing, eligible promotions and selected shipping rates. Review the total before payment; an order record alone does not establish payment. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated/collected according to the implemented checkout configuration and applicable requirements.
Shipping, cancellations, refunds and returns
Shipping is within the United States only. Orders normally require up to 2 business days for processing before shipment, followed by carrier transit. No returns are accepted. Open an issue request within 2 business days from receipt; a request does not guarantee a refund. Do not send products back without express written support authorization for an exception. Cancellation may be requested before shipment but is not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Violation of Research Use Terms
Material violation of the Research Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent deactivation, cancellation or refusal of orders, and permanent restriction of future purchasing privileges. Additional accounts created to circumvent a permanent purchasing restriction may also be restricted.
